Playrix was looking for an experienced video optimization partner to localize and refresh their Gardenscapes game video ad creative for the Japanese audience and improve Facebook mobile app install campaign KPI’s.
Goal was to optimize and localize video creative and improve KPIs, such as conversions (CVR) and/or cost per install (CPI), of the Facebook new user acquisition campaign targeting a Japanese audience.

Playrix tested the mobile app install video ad creatives submitted by Kaizen Ad in the Facebook user acquisition campaign directly against the original video ad creative. Localized creative variations provided by Kaizen Ad global designers maximized Gardenscapes Facebook campaign conversions in Japan.
Compared against the original video ad creative, the top performing creative from Kaizen Ad saw an 18% reduction in CPI and 25% increase in CVR.
There are 50% Ad Sets in which the best performing creative made by Kaizen Ad designers had over 70% improvement in CVR. In the highest performing Ad Set, the video ad creative created by Kaizen Ad saw a 38% Reduction in CPI and a 79% Increase in CVR compared to original video ad.
